Design on June 6th presents an exemplary selection of works by icons of the discipline, including seating, shelving, lighting, ceramics, decor, and more. Among the leading lots are a bookshelf and Bahut cabinet from Charlotte Perriand and Jean-Michel Frank's circa 1928 side table, as well as works from Eileen Gray, Marc Newson, Ron Arad, Harry Bertoia, and Jean Royère. Exciting decorative works include tapestries after Alexander Calder, a Rut Bryk wall relief, and enamelwork from Bruno Munari, accompanied by lighting from Gianfranco Fini, Vassilakis Takis, and Paul Dupré-Lafon.
