This facsimile, designed and edited by Mathieu Mercier, was created after Duchamp's Boîte-en-valise and is comprised of various reproductions and illustrations of the artist's works from 1935 - 1941, including three sculptural replicas and sixteen loose folded prints in an internal compartment, all housed within a clamshell presentation box. Printed descriptive labels to each replica work and signed to printed insert 'de ou par Marcel Duchamp ou Rrose Sélavy'. This work is from the edition of 3000 published by Walther König, Cologne, under the supervision of the Association Marcel Duchamp, Paris. Sold with original packaging.
