This rare configuration was custom ordered along with several other pieces by Paul Planert for Tygart Steel. Desk features an asymmetrical, joined-slab top with a beveled edge and highly-figured grain mounted atop a rosewood case with dovetail joinery, and a storage compartment. Sold with a digital copy of the original receipt from Nakashima Studios.
