Cabinet features two drawers over two doors concealing three adjustable shelves. Incised signature to verso ‘CM’.

This cabinet was designed by Vidar Malmsten and hand-painted by Liselotte Malmsten. Liselotte came to Sweden from Switzerland in 1947 and was hired by Malmsten’s firm primarily as a textile designer. She would later marry Carl’s son Vidar, and go on to create beautiful, unique, and hand-painted designs on his furniture.
