This chair was designed by Tom Sachs as part of a window display installation for Dries Van Noten at Barney's Madison Avenue store in 1993. The series was later gifted to the Whitney Museum to be displayed and sold at their adjacent retail location, the Store Next Door.
Sold with original invoice from the Store Next Door.
