Carlo Mollino was commissioned by Joseph Singer to produce a line of furniture for his eponymous company Singer & Sons. First introduced by Gio Ponti, Mollino and Singer initially planned on producing a line of avant-garde furniture. Only two designs were ever made and very few examples were produced.
