This work comes from the collection of George Kassabaum, one of the founding members of the architectural firm HOK (Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum) in St. Louis, Missouri. The firm, previously Hellmuth, Yamaksaki and Leinweber, designed the Lambert Airport in St. Louis which featured a large-scale painted metal screen by Harry Bertoia.
