In 1959 Mobilier et Decoration published an important article featuring and endorsing the lighting designs of Max Ingrand. This suspension lamp design was prominently displayed in the article. From a small series of lamps, sconces and ceiling fixtures featuring luminous cone-shaped elements, this chandelier is exemplary of the refinement and subtle coloration in Ingrand’s best designs.
