Hardy Brodersen has had a long career as an accomplished designer, painter and architect. In 1941, Mr. Brodersen enrolled at Cranbrook Academy of Art where he attended courses taught by Harry Bertoia who became both a friend and mentor. In 1946, Bertoia gifted this exceptional silver teapot to Hardy and Jenny Brodersen for their wedding and it has remained in their collection until now.
