In 1946 the young artist, designer and caricaturist Fulvio Bianconi began a relationship with Venini that would last throughout the 1950s. His bold modernist designs such as Pezzato, Macchie and Fasce Orizzontali have become famous worldwide and are rightly considered emblems of both post-war Murano glass and 20th century design.
Signed with three-line acid stamp to underside: [Venini Murano Italia].
