Eugenio Carmi’s Segnale Luminarios were included in the Segnali Immaginari exhibitions held in the Italian cities of Caorle and Chieri in 1969. For these public installations, Carmi’s works replaced street signs and traffic signals, bringing his art into the fabric of everyday life.
This illuminated sculpture is number 106 from the edition of 200. Hand-signed and numbered on applied paper label to the reverse: [Carmi 106/200].
