The exploration of environment and society (and finding a balance between the two) are recurring themes in the multidisciplinary works by Atelier van Lieshout. The decoration of this tabletop depicts the urban plan for SlaveCity, a conceptual green and efficient city that turns utopian ideology upside down by presenting a more sinister view of controlled society.
