Guy de Rougemont first turned his utopian vision to furniture design in the late 1960s. His large rounded forms in bright colors, made of industrial materials such as aluminum, Lucite and plastic, invite the viewer to enter his dreamlike world. Many of his works are unique, functional sculptures while other designs were made in small editions. Playing with color, shapes and rhythm, the following four lots exemplify Guy de Rougemont's free yet elegant style.
This is a unique work.
