Fewer than ten examples of this Knotted chair form were produced, and the design was never distributed to the public. Made of hand-knotted rope that is set into shape with epoxy, this form challenges the notions of typical chair design while still functioning perfectly as a seat. This example was exhibited at Acme Gallery in Los Angeles and purchased directly from the exhibition by the current owner.
