This chair is from the first year of production by Knoll and was utilized in the original interior of the School of Social Service Administration Building at the University of Chicago. Sold with an 8x10 vintage gelatin silver print by Hedrich-Blessing showing this chair in situ. Photograph is signed with Hedrich-Blessing and Mies van der Rohe stamps to verso.
