In this drawing, Mies has refined the perimeter plan and internal walls of the Courthouse Studies, an extensive series of residential designs related to the Hubbe House Project that utilize internal and adjoining courts. Elements such as a small dining area, bathrooms, and free standing furniture have been sketched into the measured spaces. The drawing is a very complete look at the Court House typology, including both plan and elevation.
