Original Maria Kipp handmade shade. Kipp was a German weaver who began designing fabric and upholstery in the 1920s. This lamp was used in the redecoration of the Brentwood Country Club in Los Angeles in the mid-1950s. The model was used throughout, including in the Golfers' Gallery and the Main Lounge.
