This cart was designed and made by Ico Parisi as a prototype for potential distribution by Singer in the United States. The cart was not developed as a manufactured piece and is unique. Singer and Sons imported and manufactured many designs by Carlo Mollino, Ico Parisi, Carlo di Carli and Gio Ponti in the early 1950s.
