Levin's work stems from a desire to synthesize natural forms with the modern aesthetic. Each of Levin's designs are hand made in solid woods. This desk features a two part writing surface of solid bird's eye maple and a semicircular structure composed of cherry. Two drawers are concealed below the top, and brass supports are added for stability. This lot is also sold with a solid cherry shelf (114) to be used over traditional filing cabinets.
