Designed by Paolo Venini in collaboration with Oscar Stonorov of Philadelphia, the form of this window is inspired by ancient walls in Delos, Greece. Constructed as a mosaic of thick glass tiles, each piece is composed of blue, green, amber and white cane segments. This window was photographed in an article for Domus in August, 1957. The cover of the magazine also features a detail of this window. Fewer than ten Venini windows were ever produced.
